The early 1990’s saw a very rapid growth in demand for call centre services all over the world. Telnet Services Limited was formed in 1995 as a joint venture between Baycorp Holding Ltd and Telnet Systems Inc (USA) to bring world class outsourced contact centre services to New Zealand organisations.
In 1997 Telnet’s founding directors bought out Baycorp, and soon Telnet became this country’s largest privately owned outsource contact centre.
