With 30 years of experience in financial and service industries, John brings a broad range of management skills and expertise to Telnet’s operations. John has held a number of Chief Executive positions, including Managing Director of Creditcorp Services Limited.
Through John’s wealth of knowledge and expertise, he has successfully lead and grown Telnet into becoming New Zealand’s leading outsource Contact Centre Company.
Penny is one of New Zealand’s most experienced call centre managers. A founding member of the Telnet team, Penny is responsible for selecting and managing the sales and service teams whose excellence sets us apart from other outsourced contact centres.
Leith is a qualified accountant and a highly experienced financial controller in the technology sector. Leith drives Telnet’s commitment to improving the efficiency of our systems and processes – so Telnet can be a more effective partner for all our clients.
Patrick is a co-founder and major shareholder of Telnet in New Zealand. He brings considerable experience and financial support to the company.
Patrick is a US Lawyer with 30 years of experience as legal counsel. He is also CFO of four businesses and Chairman and Board Member of several charitable and professional organisations.
Steve moved to New Zealand from the UK in 2002 where he played a key role in the innovation of broadband in the education sector. Steve has been with Telnet since 2003 and his role includes overseeing Telnet’s complex IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration with Telnet’s clients.
Rebecca has extensive experience in the application of contact centre services across a wide range of industries, both here and in the UK. Now her focus is ensuring that Telnet’s services precisely match the needs of our clients.
