Training

With our client’s direct input we design specific training programmes, conducted in-house, using Litmos online learning and testing tools. This enables Telnet to confirm training effectiveness is measured at every point before progressing to the next stage.

We have also found that a critical component of successful training is agent interaction with our client’s representatives – so our agents also spend time with clients themselves to ensure that they have an intimate understanding of the products, and the company culture, that they are representing.

We are also able to identify specific training needs right down to the individual perspective, allowing us to plan and implement solutions that drive the desired quality as required and then be able to measure and report the results.
