We are currently looking for Full time Sales Consultants:
The key objective for the Sales Consultant is to sell a wide range of products and services across multiple campaigns by maximizing the potential of every sales lead and consistently providing great customer experience. In addition we will also train you to take inbound customer service calls once we are happy with your performance in the outbound role. Ultimately this is a call blended role allowing you to become an expert in sales and service. Training will be carried out either at your house or the home office of one of the managers locally in Kati Kati (your choice).
- Sell effectively through making outbound calls to convert sales leads to maximize revenue sales growth across multiple campaigns
- Answer Customer Service calls and provide the required information by resolving queries, assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services and goods.
- Team Player – Work in a rostered team based environment
- Address all complaints of the customers and make sure they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines.
- Set goals and have a vision
- Be able to work under pressure
- Confident, Self-Manager with a Positive attitude -who would Go the “extra mile” to meet KPI’s
- KPI driven
